GENERAL
CONDITIONS AND POLICIES
RESERVATIONS:
All the reservations that are received with more than 30 days in advance
(however 8-12 weeks in advance is recommended especially during the months
of June, July and August) to the date of departure to any trip, it will be
confirmed by e-mail, previous acknowledge receipt of the deposit of the
total payment.
If the reservation is received in a term less than 30 days of the date of
departure to any trip and its asked for a confirmation of reserve, an
e-mail will be sent to ratify that the quota is available, before the
deposit of the total payment.
NOTE: Our trips are based in Private Services with exception of the Inca
Trail of Cusco which can be done in Pull (shared group). Further details
of how to send the deposit are included with our trek or trip booking
confirmation email.
Once registered, its indispensable to have in our hands, the following
information of each passenger at least 30 days prior the departure date to
the trip:
a.- Name, nationality.
b.- Passport number. age and occupation.
c.- Name and Date of the elected program.
d.- Hotel or lodging elected.
e.- Means of transportation.
f.- Additional information such as: diets, foods, allergies, illnesses.
PAYMENTS:
It will be needed to have the total payment 30 days, before the date of
departure of the trek or trip. Payments can be done bank to bank (takes 5
days the transfer). We do not accept Credit Cards.
The cancellations that are made before 15 days to the set date of
departure of the agreed program, will have an extra charge of 50%,
deducted from the total amount of the payment.
In cases of cancellations of services , less than 30 days before the set
date of departure of the agreed program, the amount of payment will cover
all the expenses that have been spent in reservations on transportation,
tour operators, staff services and communication.
No show, to the date of departure, will lose the total amount of the
payment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Peru Travel Club:
Reserves the right to modify or to cancel any itinerary when its thought
necessary in benefit of the clients.
Reserves the right to refuse, to accept or retain any member in the trips.
PERU TRAVEL CLUB acts only as a Agent, according to the legal conditions;
meantime all the precautions will be taken, it wont be responsible for any
injuries, illness, damages, losses, additional expenses, accidental delays
and other irregularities that can be caused by acts or involuntarily
omission or negligence from the companies or persons that give the
services or are part of the transport, lodging or by other services
related to the accomplishment of the excursions or by natural disasters or
by facts of mayor force. Neither any type of insurance or rescues.
Reunion of Passengers:
The travel operator will contact the passenger the day before the
departure date. An appointment hour will be made, to give a briefing of
the trek or trip and any adjustment that you would like to make.
Additional Services:
Can be provided private guide or host. Also it can be prepared programs to
fit your personal requirements. Let us know what you want to do, how much
time you have and we will make a program that suits your personal taste.
